Your records.
Clear responsibilities.

Understand what the public website collects, how driver-file access is handled, and what to confirm before activation.

The public request form

The account and introduction forms collect your business contact details, operating region, plan selection, and optional message. Requests are saved and emailed to [email protected] so the team can respond. Submitting a form does not create an account, book a meeting, or take a payment.

This website uses HTTPS. The form checks submitted fields and limits repeated requests. Do not put driver licences, medical records, financial details, or other sensitive documents in the message field.

See the website privacy notice.

Access to driver records

Driver documents are handled in the signed-in TruckerPro workspace, not through the public account-request form. Driver-file views and document operations check company scope and user permissions.

Decide who can view files, change records, and prepare document bundles. A downloaded document leaves the application’s access controls; share it only with an authorized recipient through an appropriate channel.

Review these details with us

  • Your operating region and any required data-storage location.
  • Who needs access and which responsibilities each person has.
  • Your retention, export, backup, recovery, and account-closure requirements.
  • Which third-party checks or integrations you want and what data they process.

Ask for the relevant configuration and terms before activation. This page does not promise Canadian-only storage, a specific recovery time, or a security certification.
